Once you have placed the order, please email photos of each person / pet to hello@thepaperiestore.co and make sure to include any distinguishing features you don't want us to miss!
 
We will ALWAYS share a digital file with you before sharing the final files. You may ask for as many round of changes as you wish until you are fully satisfied with the design. We can also change it to your preferred language.
 
We offer three different sizes:
 
- DIN-A4 = 8.27 × 11.69"      (21cm x 29,7cm)
- DIN-A3 = 11.69"  x 16.54” (29,7 cm x 42,0cm)
- DIN-A2 = 16.54” x 23.39” (42,0 cm x 59,4cm)
 
If you prefer a different size we are happy to make this work for you.
 
Please note that you can only order a digital file (in PDF and JPG) and no physical items will be mailed to you.
