Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not allow refunds AFTER the template has been downloaded. If you have an issue with your purchase, please message us for assistance at hello@thepaperiestore.co

 

Shipping

 

  • Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. The PaperieStore is not responsible for delays due to customs.

 

  • Processing time

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

 

  • Print Quality

Subtle variations in color and surface textures are rendered differently for each monitor. The colors that appear on your screen may not be exact to your final product, depending on how your monitor is calibrated. 

We cannot be held responsible for any unauthorised altering of the file and poor print quality or printing errors caused by your printer.

If you are not confident that your home printer will produce the quality desired, we recommend having your file printed at a copy center, online printer or professional print shop.
